When I came back called the sales person about I found 2 dings on my brand new pathfinder the hood after one week unfortunately had to go out of town. When I came back called the sales person about this and he says it’s been a month (i.e. 20 days after I took the delivery) and they couldn’t help. After arguing they sent me some touch up paint when I was doing this I found even the bumper was bent, and also there was a paint blob on rear door on the driver’s side. I live 40 miles from the dealer when I got some time I went to them to show. But they refused to do the paint job but just fixing the bumper that too after taking an appointment. I didn’t buy a used car but still this dealer is………… More

They post a website listing of a new car at a reasonable price. We called ahead and asked to come in and see the car. Jim Koski(sales contact) invited us over to the car lot at a set time. We arrived only to see an up scaled version of the same type of vehicle sitting at the front of show room. We were greeted by Jim as he commented that the vehicle we inquired about is lost. I ask HOW do you LOSE a vehicle?? I didnt get much a reply from him. We were NOT interested or impressed in his sales pitch to us about the more expensive car. We walked away from him and his deal. Upon leaving I thought I would drive around the lot.I found the car that we orginally inquiring about sitting deep and dark behind their building. I got out matched up stock numbers from the website to the windsheild. It was a perfect match. After confronting Jim and his boss Jason, they both acted like they have egg on their face AND I knew it.They kept claiming that they didnt know the car was behind the building!!These are NOT the KIND people I want selling me a car. This is a dirty lot. STAY AWAY OR WATCH FOR TRICKS AND GAMES.Fair Warning....Chose a better lot. More
I went in to have my tire repaired expecting to get it fixed pay a small fee and be on my merry way. When I arrived and talked with Doug the service manager the first thing he said was did you purchase it fixed pay a small fee and be on my merry way. When I arrived and talked with Doug the service manager the first thing he said was did you purchase it at Gandrud. I did and Doug said the repair in at no charge. It was late in the afternoon and didn't expect to get it back until the next day. I was told it would be done in an hour or so and if I would stop back in little bit it would be ready. Fandtastic service! More
