Had a warranty repair. Called them and they took my info and told me to setup an appointment for service and the part that needed replaced is under warranty. Setup an appointment and when I brought the vehicle in it was like 200 miles over. I explained to the guy that I called and they said it was covered. He didn’t care and still charged me something like $200.00 to look at the vehicle and tell me it wasn’t covered under warranty because it was over the mileage. I have bought vehicles from Ganley in the past and had no issues. This was unfortunately a bad experience. More
