I had a 1pm oil change on my 2021 C8, that I bought from you guys. After checking out some cars on the lot I cane back to the Service Department and my car was still outside ( at 1:50 pm). I was told that the host they use for C8's was being used fir an alignment. So around 2:50 I was told it was done. I go to get in my car and find fresh grease stains on my driver's side carpeted floor mat. It was cleaned off and I was on my way. Kelsie Willford was very apologetic. I understand that it wasn't her fault. But the timing of my scheduled appointment was. Better communication with your departments is crucial for customer satisfaction. I certainly don't appreciate it; and no discounts for wasting my time. More
Bobbie in service department coordinated with body shop to get the mirror put on while the Tahoe was in for oil change and tire rotation.. They were able to get my vehicle done in a timely fashion.
