I felt that this dealership really had care and concern for fixing my issue, and were kind enough to give me a loaner car while I waited for my c it! I waa advised to go there by Subaru of America after another dealership failed me and Im glad I did!. I worked with Jack McDonald and I felt he was very professional and he and the service team really did what they could to fix my car's issues. That being said, electrical issues are often challenging to fix, and it's frustrating when they happen to a fairly new and otherwise very drivable car. But all in all a very good experience with Jack and the others at Garber Subaru, Webster! More
They have all the specialized tools and gadgets needed to properly service the car. Their service people are all trained in Subaru technology. They are price competitive with outside shops. Garber service has terrible communication and they don't stand behind vehicles they sell. Had to bring a newly purchased used vehicle to them 3x for same issue. Was never fixed properly and now I'm stuck with the bill. Service manager (Jordan P.) was terrible. Made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to them. Instead of possibly earning a lifelong customer, we will never go back or recommend. More
