Holding my breath I purchased my top of the line Outback in May - and the sales man was fantastic! In fact, HE was the reason I made the deal. Then I learn he has left the dealership - and the few times I've been there, the attitude of the other people are not nearly as gracious and respectful. My first service was scheduled for this coming Friday - but I need to reschedule. I could not accomplish that via the phone app NOR did the software work online from my mac. It gets to the point of selecting the time and simply will not go to the screen to do that. So what SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 5 minutes to do has now wasted more than 30 minutes! I tried calling service several times - and they want to return my call. THAT IS NOT SERVICE! I ended up on CHAT which also took some time to complete the rescheduling. SERVICE is answering the phone. AND this is not the first time I have tried reaching service - to no avail. It clearly is not important to this dealership. I had been warned by other Subaru owners... but due to the wonderful sales man, I figured that was just another person's opinion. there are several other small things I could recount. Now I'm doubting my decision. I was with Larry Miller Toyota before this - and they knew the meaning of service, and knew how to make customers feel appreciated. Any issues were handled professionally and with care and I knew my business was valued there. I am clearly concerned about the ongoing relationship with this dealer and fear any possible issues will be difficult. More

While we have had no complaints and a more than satisfactory experience it was a recent event that has prompted this review. Over a month ago I suffered a fender better in the dealership's parking lot. Aubrey Padilla came out to investigate, check on the offending party and then offered to help remedy the situation. While the damage was minor, nevertheless Aubrey put her team to work and fixed the problem. Even ordering a part for my back bumper to make the situation whole. I still could not believe that a busy dealership and busy manager would take the time to step in and fix a situation they had no hand in causing. I also want to point out how accessible Aubrey was via phone and in person after promising to help. I plan to be a Garcia Subaru customer for years to come. Thanks again Aubrey. More

Best Dealer Ever We are driving cross country and had our Check Engine light go on along with a loud rattle. I called and they told me to come right over. I did and th We are driving cross country and had our Check Engine light go on along with a loud rattle. I called and they told me to come right over. I did and they instantly ran the alert code, told me it was nothing urgent, and then checked the rattle. They also identified it as nothing urgent at all. They topped off my oil and washed my car and then told me there was no charge at all. I was blown away! Nicest folks, super professional, and helpful. If I’m ever in Albuquerque and need Subaru service, this will be my go to place! More
Worst. Place. EVER. It took me four attempts to get an appointment for service because nobody answers the phone. I went back to the dealership to find it was a two hour repair job. I tried to get the shuttle to get my kids from school and go home, and the cashier in charge of scheduling was rude, unhelpful and entirely unaccommodating. Definitely never going here again. More
