The day I had an oil change scheduled appointment; I was told the wait time was going to be 5-6 hours because they only had 1 oil service technician. What's the point in scheduling an appointment if the wai told the wait time was going to be 5-6 hours because they only had 1 oil service technician. What's the point in scheduling an appointment if the wait time is going to be half the day wasted waiting. I wasted my entire drive from Brea to Garden Grove and went home upset. More

I had a great experience at this dealership. We made it so great was the employee who helped me. He was kind, very communicative and welcoming.
