I had a pleasant experience all around. The mechanic tried to be as thorough as he could with the issues I described the car was having. Because it was an occasional issue the vehicle was g The mechanic tried to be as thorough as he could with the issues I described the car was having. Because it was an occasional issue the vehicle was giving me, and although the mechanic did do an inspection of the components of the suspension and even rode with me to see if I could replicate the issue, he decided not to charge me anything due to not being able to find exactly what the issue was. This Honda service department treated me with respect and assured me that if there was an issue I was experiencing with the vehicle, it was not apparent it was due to the suspension needing repair and, as a matter of fact, let me know that the suspension was in good condition. Also, shout out to Alexis Quintanilla, one of the service advisors. The guy has great customer service and tries to be as efficient as he possibly can. More
