My Review of Gary Rome Hyundai:
I love my 2013 Hyundai Sonata! Its my first Brand New car. For a first time buyer i was impressed with the purchase process. Mark was very laid back during the whole thing. Not like other dealers who push you to buy a car. I am overall extremely satisfied with my new car! I would definitely recommend a friend or family member to Gary Rome Hyundai.

My Review of Gary Rome Hyundai:
Jason was wonderful. He answered all my questions and was not just pushing to sell me the car. The process for myself I found overwhelming as this is only the second car I purchased and Jason made the process much easier. He gave me time to think and process and even came off on his DAY OFF so I could pick up my car. He was wonderful and I would totally suggest buying a car from him. They gave me a great financing rate and matched what my bank would do. This was just a wonderful experience. Keith was wonderful about explaining financing and warranties. Jessica was great about going over my paperwork when i came to pick up my car. They made buying a car an easy experience and were wonderful with all my questions. I would absolutely come back and recommend them.

I will always go to Gary Rome Hyundai in Holyoke and especially will go to John Linneham. Three years ago I purchased a 09 Sonata and I must tell you the whole experience was great. John has the knowledge and patience that you need to make a decision whether is buying a new or used car. Now two days ago I went and traded in my 09 Sonata for a 13 Sonata, and John was just AWESOME!!!

My Review of Gary Rome Hyundai:
My overall experience with Gary Rome Hyundai was great. Our sales person, Jack Eisenstadt, was very accomodating and willing to take the time to make sure we were goiong to make the correct decision on what car to purchase. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the various cars that were available for sale and his ability to discuss with us the differences in such things as MPG ratings and overall performance ratings on the various models. It was his initial greeting and friendly behavior that sold us on buying a car at this dealership.
The following week I went back to the Dealership with a few questions and an issue I had with a loose mirror. Not only did Jack, our sales person, greet me when he saw me but he took the time to show me the service department and introduce me to the service personnel, who were also very friendly and accomodating. My questions and issues were resolved to my satisfaction. It was the best experience I ever had with a car dealership.

My experience at Gary Rome was amazing and I received more than excellent service from Mark Baron. He’s an extremely honest guy and he wants to make customers satisfied with their purchases. He works truly hard and makes the process really fast so you can get in your new car and start enjoying it! I would definitely recommend him to everybody, he’s just such an awesome peoples person. He went out of his way to find my perfect car and i couldn't be happier!

I have the pleasure of buy my frist new car through Gary Rome and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever gone through. My sale's person Jason Cisek was great and was able to help me to find the right car that would fit my budget. They made the whole process of buying a new car great and it was a relaxed and friendly experience and I would do it all over again with Gary Rome and with Jason Cisek. Less than 2 weeks ago I met John Linnehan at Gary Rome. When I started looking for a vehicle, I wasn't sure whether I wanted to purchase a used or a new one. One of John's best qualities I must say is "patience". I asked a million questions, test drove numerous cars, and never once did I ever feel pressured! John was extremely knowledgeable---answered all of my questions on the spot~ Extremely kind and attentive....when we were looking at cars -- He was focused on me and all my questions. John truly made my car buying experience at Gary Rome a pleasure. I drove away yesterday with a 2012 Elantra, and I love it. Before driving away, he took so much time explaining all the features in my new car. Once again...I had tons of questions----he answered every one of them with a smile! He made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone reading this post, to go to Gary Rome when looking for a Hyundai, used or new, and ask for John Linnehan. Everyone there is extremely friendly! Very welcoming feeling just walking into the dealership!

My Review of Gary Rome Hyundai:
I came all the way from Maine (7.5 hour 470 mile trip), to have the 120k mile service done on my Hyundai vehicle, because I've found its hard to find someone to trust to work on my Hyundai XG 350L who knows what they are doing and charges a reasonable price. And my daughter speaks very highly of the staff in sales and service at Gary Rome Hyundai she lives in MA.
I was VERY fortunate to deal with Phil because he was patient and took the time to explain everything my vehicle needed. And went above and beyond the call and looked over the entire car to see if there were any other potential problems.
VERY luckily for myself and my wife, 2 serious problems were found that my local mechanic in Maine had missed, 1. I had no back brakes left, and 2. I had a bad tie rod. Either of those conditions could have gotten us killed on the way to MA, or on the way back to Maine.
Thank God they were spotted and Phil notified us and explained in detail what we needed, with out question we had the repairs done and drove safely back to Maine the next day.
I would with out hesitation recommend Phil and the entire Gary Rome staff to anyone looking for a car or needing their car repaired. I will absolutely make the trip again next time my car needs any major services done.
Besides the superior service, the pricing was very reasonable! My local mechanic wanted to charge me 1300 dollars just for the timing belt never mind all the other services that the car was due for!! I was charged significantly less and got everything needed done on the car.
I can drive my beautiful Hyundai XG350L with 100% confidence that my car is safe and will get me where I'm going thanks to Phil and the staff at Gary Rome.
Thanks guys! Great Job, my Wife and I truly appreciate your honesty and help!!

I emailed the Internet Sales Department at Gary Rome Hyundai in Holyoke about the 2012 Hyundai Accent 5 door Hatchback that I purchased last week. I corresponded with Rick about all my questions in regard to the Accent. He was extremely helpful before I came to the actual store. We were able to come in the next day, test drive and purchase the car. He is a great asset to Gary Rome and very knowledgeable about auto sales! Thanks!
