Bought my first Hyundai in April. John and Cliff worked hard to get the color I wanted on my Tucson. Finally got it and am enjoying my new car. Had a dead battery the second week and took it to the service department. Got that fixed and hope all the bugs are taken care of. Love the style of the Tucson and hope to enjoy it for many years! I'd been to several other dealers, and was impressed with the inventory of the dealership, the courtesy extended by all employees, and most of all, by the respect shown by John. I felt like a valued customer, and not prey, as I'd experienced at other dealerships. John listened to what I needed, let me test drive as many times as I wanted, and when I was ready to buy, made sure to locate exactly the car I wanted.

The service department is going to need to make a couple of tweaks to the car, but they have arranged for a loaner for me for the day, and I have no doubt they will do exactly what needs to be done.

I actually had a great experience at a dealership! I didn't think that was possible. Mark listened to what I wanted and helped me get the right car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Mark Baron.

Traveling here from out of town (and being gone from home for some time), I had to get the oil changed and expressed concerns about a problem the car experienced. Your service department did a great job identifying possible problems and consulted me about possible fixes. They were friendly and professional. If I lived here, I would definitely return again, but I have definitely recommended this shop.

I was referred to Gary Rome by a friend. While I was expecting the typical dealership experience - the one where the salesman does everything in his power to pressure me into buying a car on the spot, I was surprised by a friendly, laid back atmostphere where I was treated more like a friend than a customer. My salesman Glenn made me feel cared about. He considered all the options with me, gave me time to process those options, answered my questions, and relieved any concerns I had. He gave me all the tools I needed to make a confident, informed decision, and made me feel comfortable in doing so.

When I fell in love with a car that was just slightly outside my price range, Glenn and Ed made it happen - while still remaining within the confines of my budget. With an offer that was difficult to refuse, I was super excited and couldn't wait for the keys! When I came to pick up my car the next day, Glenn spent over an hour with me, setting up my bluelink and going over the extensive technological features my new Hydaui offered. He encouraged me to come back often, to learn more. Before I even left the parking lot, I received several compliments on my new set of wheels.

I would highly recommend Gary Rome to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai.
