They replaced the battery and checked the charging system. My appointment was for 8:00 A.M., They lost the appointment, somehow, and didn't get started until I came to the dealership and checked on my system. The center didn't get started on it until seven hours after my appointment time. I called at 11, to check on the car, and was told the service person would call me back shortly. He did not. I called at 11:55 and everyone was at lunch. That's when I went to the center. The keys magically showed up on the service desk about 1:45. Very disappointed with the service. More

This is the first time in my life that I have stayed with any dealership for service work on any vehicle. I’m semi retired and I don’t care to do my own work anymore.
