It was ok The timing was great, but I didn't get a clear answer on why I needed one oil change (38.50) vs the cheaper one. Choices I have trouble making choices. The sales associate (Missy) was very helpful and patient with me. I knew I wanted a Sienna but wasn’t sure about all th I have trouble making choices. The sales associate (Missy) was very helpful and patient with me. I knew I wanted a Sienna but wasn’t sure about all the possibilities of model I wanted. She asked all the questions to help me get to what I thought I wanted. We eliminated several choices until I finally was satisfied with my final choice even though it took 2 days to get there. Still she was very patient and grateful that I could finally make my decision. I am very pleased with my 2020 Sienna XLE. More
