This would be a five-star review except for one recurrent problem. I bought my car 10 years ago and all was well until my husband also bought a Toyota a couple of years ago. Since then, all records are under my husband's name. The reminder e-mail about the appointment was addressed to my husband even though I made the appointment. When the service was finished and they called a name in the waiting room, they called my husband's name, even though I was the only one there. And this request for feedback was addressed to my husband! I know the computer lumps us together because we share an address and an e-mail, but I am a person too and it offends me to be treated as just an extension of my husband. I have even considered going elsewhere for service, even though I am happy with your work. I can't be the only woman who complains about this. More
