Good job I always have a good experience, friendly employees. The only issue is that I asked about wipers and i was told it would be $30. When I got my receipt they were $10. each and $5.00 eash to install. What did it take 3 minutes each to replace and you charged $10. I knew there would be a labor charge but I just thought that was a little much. More

Gates Toyota, Went in to get new tires installed, that installation went well. Was there just an hour and a half. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. When my service was complete brain mentioned to me that my truck frame had holes in it and took photos of the holes and informed me of the warranty recall campaign that Toyota had to cover the corrosion problem with Tacoma trucks and got the process going to notify Toyota of the holes in my frame.
