Great staff but poor results The truck had a few minor issues when I purchased it . I was reassured that things would be taken care of after being in the shop 3 separate times for The truck had a few minor issues when I purchased it . I was reassured that things would be taken care of after being in the shop 3 separate times for several days over about a 4 month time span I believe the issues are now corrected. My problem with this is I was charged almost $500.00 for the repairs of . New battery, a fuse , and repair of a couple wires on the trailer harness. Now having theses issues from the beginning I don’t understand why they weren’t addressed the first time truck was in the shop & why was I charged for things everyone involved in this sale from the salesman to sales manager finance manager & service manager were aware of . Quite honestly this was the first vehicle I’ve ever purchased from a gates dealership & with the issues I’ve had it will definitely be the only one . More

Last minute AC problem Kevin helped organize an overnight car for us to use while my AC got fixed. They did what they could Thursday and finished Friday morning, right befor Kevin helped organize an overnight car for us to use while my AC got fixed.
