I worked with Ian at the Elkhart location. Overall he was really nice and helpful in helping me get a vehicle. The manager that he was consulting with to negotiate on a vehicle I didn't really didn't like ho really nice and helpful in helping me get a vehicle. The manager that he was consulting with to negotiate on a vehicle I didn't really didn't like how he handled my situation. We were seated not in a office but a lobby of some sort with tables and chairs and other people conducting personal business. He spoke loudly to me where others could her my past and current financial situation. My credit isn't perfect so yes I have had some issues didn't need for all of that to be brought up in that setting. Not sure why we were not in a office. Then the guy that did the financing check ran my credit with so many banks/financial institutions and never informed me about that until it was done. Still I never knew that he did so many until I received letters in the mail. I should have been informed before running it so many times. I liked how Ian handled and conducted business the other two not so much. More
