The service department management should do better job when it comes to the customer service. Richard is one of the worse at this. Not much knowledge and very nasty. This experience was bad enough for me when it comes to the customer service. Richard is one of the worse at this. Not much knowledge and very nasty. This experience was bad enough for me not to ever want to go back again. Do yourself a favor and find a different place if you need a car. More
The service is the worst , Richard is very condescending and incompetent . Twice i was told my car didn't have any issue, and both time need to go back fore some major work . Never again will I buy a car fr and incompetent . Twice i was told my car didn't have any issue, and both time need to go back fore some major work . Never again will I buy a car from this location. You have sales doing the best to sell you , but you will deal with service as long as you have the car. This guy should be change position , maybe a Janitor. Working at night when no-one else is around. More
They take advantage of seniors by railroading them in to trading an owner's car for a leased car. They tell you on the phone that they need to order a part (that you can get within the hour) but when you ar trading an owner's car for a leased car. They tell you on the phone that they need to order a part (that you can get within the hour) but when you arrive expecting the part they haven't even ordered it. The next morning when you call miraculously the part arrived just minutes ago. Do not even consider this dealership for even the minor of any service. Go to any other dealership with a rating of three stars or better even if you have to drive an hour away. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and a need of sanitizing yourself. Run don't walk away from this place. More

I was buying out my leased Kia through Gateway Kia. They were going to charge me a $2,500 inspection fee that is not part of the lease agreement. The worst part is that they didn't even mention it unti They were going to charge me a $2,500 inspection fee that is not part of the lease agreement. The worst part is that they didn't even mention it until I asked why the cost was so high. Do Not buy your leased vehicle through them at all costs. Purchase the vehicle with Tresl. They only charge processing fees that are much cheaper than Gateway Kia. More
Avoid this dealership at all costs. The manager Anthony will shamelessly intimidate you and rip you off with unreasonable costs. Horrible experience The manager Anthony will shamelessly intimidate you and rip you off with unreasonable costs. Horrible experience More
After a car accident I needed to buy a car at time when inventory is very low and prices are high. My salesman, Jeff Piratzky, and the manager and finance person took a lot of time to make me feel welcome inventory is very low and prices are high. Seems to be an ongoing theme about the service manager Pat. Here is the review I left on Google: "If you have to deal with the service manager named Pat, get ready to deal with the most unprofessional Pat. Here is the review I left on Google: "If you have to deal with the service manager named Pat, get ready to deal with the most unprofessional and rudest person you've ever met in customer service. Pat told me repeatedly that he wouldn't be willing to make repairs to my vehicle because I didn't purchase it from his dealer. So had I purchased the vehicle from him, repairs would be completed no questions asked. Then told me to take my issue to Kia's customer service phone number. When I picked up my vehicle, the technician wrote off the other complaints as unable to duplicate. When I tried to show the service advisor that the issues were still there, he responded that the technicians said nothing was wrong and he won't go out to the vehicle for me to show him the unresolved issues. So I wasted 2 days with no vehicle for an unprofessional service manager and issues that still require attention. What is comical about the entire thing is the letter they give you says they want customers to be happy and they do everything they can blah blah blah. Yeah, okay........ Save your time and go to another dealership." More
