Worst Dealership. Don’t Buy Here Called in the am to confirm they had a car. Told them I would be there between 1&2 pm to see it. Drove 2 hours. Horrible dealer Bought my 2018 optima sxl from these guys and was screwed from the start. The car i was trading in i had to fight to get a fairly decent price, but lo Bought my 2018 optima sxl from these guys and was screwed from the start. The car i was trading in i had to fight to get a fairly decent price, but low and behold the next day when i passed by the dealership there was my car marked up over 7 thousand dollars over what they gave me, i know theyre in business to make money but really 7 thousand more!!!! Next lets move on to the service dept, two weeks to schedule an oil change!!! Ridiculous!!!!! No concern for customer satisfaction ,a real bunch of crooks and liars.I wouldnt go back there for a license plate screw,stay away!!!! More

All by myself -- with the help of some great people! My experience was fantastic..... Walked in with the knowledge of what I wanted. Kenny was my salesman..and he was great! Went for a test drive, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car..and answered every question I had. Now, I know what you think when you think of going to get a new car.... the time you spend at the dealership.... so it was time to get down to numbers...and what I could afford. Being my first time doing this on my own-no co-signer, nothing... Bob made sure I was comfortable with the payment and he was super efficient. (not to mention funny - he had me laughing) as we were sitting waiting to meet with Sal in finance, Gerritt came over to introduce himself and sat w/me and Kenny just to talk... which was so nice and kept the time moving. Finally got to meet with Sal - where i was very comfortable and he made the wrap up of my experience super easy. while they were all professional, they did make the time pass quickly and made sure i was happy with my decisions - I truly thank you guys!!! I would definitely refer anyone to this dealership! :) More

When we weren't originally able to get the AWD vehicle we wished, Ed was able to put us into the same 2019 model, only FWD, but it was within our financial limits. Ed had us road test the car, then after the deal was completed he spend well over half an hour getting us introduced to all of the features of our new Sportage. Ed even set up our Bluetooth connections in the car. All the while he was training a new salesperson. If you go to Gateway ask for Ed Guzman!!! More

First and foremost, Sean Lynch is the Salesman to see! I needed a larger vehicle as I frequently drive my three grandchildren around at the same time. I was already in a KIA Soul and loved the car. The size was just not working. I was just about 1/3 of the way through my financing, so we were pretty sure we wouldn't be able to trade up. My husband was approached by Sean upon hi arrival at the dealership. Ethan liked him right away. He was easy to talk to, not pushy and willing to understand where we were coming from. Within minutes, Ethan was driving a Sorento. It was perfect, three rows of seats and back up cam, plus a few extras. When I got there, Mr. Lynch was equally cordial, and was happy to tell me that a car was on the horizon! But...... I didn't like the color! Sean immediately got on the phone to the surrounding dealers and promptly found the interior and body colors I wanted. We had plans for the evening, so Sean offered to drive our new car to our house, so that we didn't have to stay and wait. Our beautiful new Sorento was waiting in our driveway upon our return! Horrible experience I had an absolutely horrible experience with Gateway Kia. I went in with a lease and ended up financing a car, but I was never told who the finance wa I had an absolutely horrible experience with Gateway Kia. I went in with a lease and ended up financing a car, but I was never told who the finance was through. I just assumed Kia finance again, and when I mentioned that in the signing part I was never told otherwise. I was there in the snow and I believe they just wanted to get out for the night and pushed things along. My trade in was not paid off, I would have NEVER left my car there knowing they were not paying it off! and now 5 months later they are still calling me to trade in the car they have! Plus now I need to get some help to take action on the car that was not paid off. I will NEVER go back to this dealer! More

This is the 3rd car I purchased form this Kia Dealer in North Brunswick, and ALLL the Salesman I've dealt with have been very professional and wonderful..I have dealt from salesman to service dept. an everyone has been great.. NO RESULTS WHATSO EVER I received a letter from them regarding trade in my car last week they had some promotion going on today I went there spoke to sales rep name mike we I received a letter from them regarding trade in my car last week they had some promotion going on today I went there spoke to sales rep name mike we talk filled out paper work I showed him this letter I received regarding my trade in never looked at the letter nothing , after paperwork done we done he steps away went to the main desk came back with keys for a forte hatchback went on test drive came back goes to the main desk, comes back with one of the manager name bob which I seen from previous times I been there I've had my car for 3 yrs from previous trade in and payments was 525 I needed to lower it so bob wanted me to pay 648 payment so I stated no way an he stated he see if it could be lowered I sat there for 3 hrs while my sales rep help other people took them on test rides in other cars as bob the mgr went from desk to desk approving other people so 3 hrs later he says on we still waiting for a bank give them 10 more minutes I explain to him my payments have not been late I just was diagnosed with breast cancer in Qct of last year that I may not be able to keep up with the payments and may have to return this car which im thinking about doing and I ask him could I refinance that was not a option so TO KIA MOTOR AFTER THIS MONTH I MAY RETURN THIS 2014 KIA FORTE....
