Amanda cares a lot about her job in the service department and it showed with her careful attention the details I specified in my diagnosis when turning in my vehicle to GMV. Melissa needs to reassess her priorities while at work and take ample time-off to make sure they’re aligned with GMV. The junior salespersons should anticipate like Amanda customer interest before being required to do so by the sales manager. The ID Buzz from Midland/Odessa need to be cleaned and smells like a wet dog and will not be appealing to families with a more sensitive nose. The cleaning staff could improve on their cleaning abilities when diligently working in the customer lounge area’s couches. More

Not empressed,, the salesman who sold me the car was asked to check the windshield wiper fluid cause the sprayer was not working. In the long run my wife and I were stuck with a bill of over 450.00 to h asked to check the windshield wiper fluid cause the sprayer was not working.
