Backup camera and cable needed replacement + new brakes and oil change. Service consultant Eddie Freeman gave me info I needed to have confidence about repairs needed. Genesis also called GM to advocate and oil change. Service consultant Eddie Freeman gave me info I needed to have confidence about repairs needed. Genesis also called GM to advocate that the cam and cable replacement should not be necessary yet and GM agreed to cover much of the replacement cost. And since it would be a day or two before the replacement, the Genesis service manager arranged a loaner car until the truck was ready. This saved me on the 45 minute commute from my home to Genesis! I am a happy customer and glad I went to Genesis! More

Service After the Sale Was Amazing! I had a key failure emergency with my 2014 Chevy Malibu. I called Genesis Chevrolet for a key replacement. It was 10 minutes to closing, The staff o I had a key failure emergency with my 2014 Chevy Malibu. I called Genesis Chevrolet for a key replacement. It was 10 minutes to closing, The staff of the service department, Sally, Eric and Ken all stayed over past their shifts and delayed their closing to provide outstanding customer service. Eric cut the key and programed it in a very short time. The team's amazing attitude and helpfulness were the best I have seen in a dealership service department in a very long time. I recommend them HIGHLY. More
