I loved my sale person Tori. She was just a nice person. However, she was not empowered to make any decisions. She had to even ask Terry , if I could have a Genesis cup. I purchase $66,000 car and pay 30,000 down and Terry would not even approve delivering my car to my home. I had to make 3 trips to that dealership. Would recommend it all. More

The new building is very nice but our first service experience was far less than spectacular. When we arrived our service rep was on the phone, rather than greet us when he finished his call, left us experience was far less than spectacular. When we arrived our service rep was on the phone, rather than greet us when he finished his call, left us standing and went straight to get information from the car. One of my request was to install the front license plate. After about 2 hours he came back and said he would need to get us a quote on a plate holder. My husband asked why a new luxury car didn’t come with a plate holder, his reply was, “I don’t know, I don’t make the car.” Turns out there was in fact was a plate holder in the cargo area they just hadn’t looked. We were never updated on status of the service and other than an oil change and a wash I still don’t know exactly what services were performed. There was nothing professional about the service which I would expect from any dealer much less the dealer of a luxury car. Maybe we were spoiled from the service we received at Sewell Lexus of Dallas. More
