Ben French is AMAZING! So I am a former Audi S4 owner, loved my car and was looking to upgrade to the S5 sportback. After dealing with all the local audi dealerships and finding the inventory lacking for the features i wanted and an unwillingness for the dealers to look outside of St. Louis for a car fitting my needs, I began to look at other options My Dad has a G80 and has been very pleased, so I started looking at the G70 3.3T, I was impressed with the volume and variety of options on the G70 that the Audi didn't have, as well as the engine providing more HP than the S5. So I started to hunt around and thankfully found BEN FRENCH at Dean Team. The whole experience with Ben was professional, non-hurried, and friendly. From picking out options I desired, to setting up a test drive for me, to going out of his way to find the car with my specs (I was pretty particular) and having it delivered from a dealer in Wisconsin, to texting me updates on the delivery of my vehicle,, to ensuring I received my Veteran's discount...Ben was totally top notch all the way and I unconditionally would recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth buying process. As other reviews have hinted at, I was a little dismayed by the closing process--NOT involving Ben--regarding the high pressure tactics to get me on an extended warranty. But I don't fault Ben for that and realize that is a dealer issue. I LOVE my car and am very satisfied with working with Ben French! I cannot recommend Ben highly enough! More
