From the sales person to the finance team are a mess. They underpaid the payoff of the Toyota highlander I traded in leaving my account still open with Toyota and interest was still accumulating. I went ahead and paid the remaining balance but the dealership refused to pay me back the difference. Everybody in this dealership has to go back to school to get trained. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
