Joe Stuper was our Genesis Experience Manager and we cannot say enough about Joe. Joe was friendly and professional, answered all our questions and concerns and made the entire process extremely easy. Joe is thoroughly knowledgeable, detail oriented and extremely customer service oriented. What a pleasure to deal with someone like that, especially these days. All the paperwork and finances were handled by Robert Poulos. Robert was also extremely detail oriented and made the process particularly easy, fast and was very informative. Heilem (not sure of her last name) was in charge of giving us an orientation of the workings of the car. As this can be very overwhelming, she made it simple, clear and concise. She gave us an overview of all the features in the car in a way that non-technical people such as us were able to understand and actually comprehend!!! After I was rear ended and had my car totalled, I was dead set on getting a G70 to replace my old car. I went to another unnamed Genesis dealer and tried to reserve a fully loaded, gray G70. I put a $1,0 dead set on getting a G70 to replace my old car. I went to another unnamed Genesis dealer and tried to reserve a fully loaded, gray G70. I put a $1,000 deposit down only for them to sell the car to someone else before I could come and pick the car up. Their sales manager was belligerent and refused to help me with the issue. I called up Genesis of Cherry Hill to see if they had another one with the same spec available and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. After telling Brian my situation, he was quick to search for any upcoming G70s in the same spec, while Art came out and apologized for any troubles I may have had, and helped rectify my previous bad experience. They had the exact same car with a delivery date that was just when I needed it. Brian was extremely thorough, going over every option that was available, whether it was financing, leasing, or even choosing another vehicle already on the lot. He even offered to let me test drive the vehicle again to make sure I knew I was making the right decision for me. They were able to reserve the correct car and provide all paperwork and receipts to confirm. Everything was quick, smooth, and painless, and Brian was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. They never pushed any optional extras, and did everything in their power to address any questions or concerns. Day of the delivery, the car was ready when they said it would be, and once we did a walk around the car, signing papers and finalizing everything was super smooth and fast. Before I left, they made sure I knew the ins and outs of the car and assured me that they're available for any questions I have in the future as well. I'm loving my new car and I have Brian at Genesis of Cherry Hill to thank for a perfect experience. More
