GENESIS of Englewood kept my car for two weeks while I was given a loaner. The work was finally completed but while at the dealership the car received a four inch scrape across two bodt panels. I was n was given a loaner. The work was finally completed but while at the dealership the car received a four inch scrape across two bodt panels. I was not told about it and photos had to be reviewed to confirm that I was telling the truth. I am awaiting notification of my body shop appointment for the dealer to repaint my bumper and whatever else is needed. This can happen, but the employee who did the damage was not honest for not reporting the large scrape and as far as the dealership is concerned, my service writer (nor NY other service employee) ever contacted me with any update throughout the entire two week period. As for contacting the dealership to speak to the service department advisor, he can never be reached and does not have a good track record of returning calls. In person, however, he is very friendly, but communicating with the Service Department is often a futile exercise. More
