1) I'm very satisfied with the Customer Service I have received at Genesis of Englewood. But... 2) I'm not satisfied with the quality of work performed on this recent service visit. I brought the car received at Genesis of Englewood. But... 2) I'm not satisfied with the quality of work performed on this recent service visit. I brought the car in for warranty repair. 2nd time the smokey chrome trim had to replaced, it was also 'polished twice' by dealerships' (waste of time proccess) on this 2 year old Dealer Cert car. I paid a lot of money for this car. The quality issues I have experienced with the Genesis brand are the worst I have seen in any brand. This is counting the 35 some cars, SUV's and trucks I have owned in the past 53 years: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Lincoln, MGB and Porsche. The front brakes were repaired 5 times in the 1st year of ownership. the The brakes pulse after they warm up on the highway. Chrome trim polished twice and replaced twice. These components are not 'rocket science. On this last visit the driver's door chrome trim was replaced however it sticks out on its leading edge adjacent compared to the passenger side. The inner door panel is not properly attached; its not hung flush on the top; I found a door panel securing component rolling around on the floor (not the cause of panel not being properly attached). And there is a deep scratch in the paint on the door at the leading edge of the chrome trim. And now there is a loud whistle (wind noise) coming from the driver's side window when you go over 40 mph. At this juncture I would never recommend buying a Genesis, especially since most dealers will not service this car! I just want Englewood to fix what they broke. Thank you. More

Although I did not purchase my Genesis here, I have preferred to use Genesis of Englewood to service my vehicle. There is virtually no waiting and the customer lounge is comfortable, offers hot beverages, TV, and the ability to browse a huge 10 car dedicated Genesis showroom. A unique feature of this dealership is the provided short video clip that shows my vehicle in rhe service bay and the mechanic narrates and explains what work has been performed. This is a great way to compare what I have requested against what was actually performed - and to feel confident that all the issues have been properly relayed to the technician. Also, the vehicle always is returned with an interior and exterior cleaning Two areas of improvement would be 1) to have a functioning voicemail system when the service concierge is not available to take my call (which is often the case - a rather unusual omission that has left me hanging after being directed to my adviser's extension but then there being no way to leave a brief message), and 2) increase availability of loaner vehicles. Overall, of three Genesis dealerships I have used for servicing my vehicle, the Englewiid dealership stands out as being the premium preference. More
