On July 11 picked up a GV 60 on July 12 took it in to do the connection service to the vehicle Come to find out will not connect at all so functions on the car I’m not able to use some things function on th the connection service to the vehicle Come to find out will not connect at all so functions on the car I’m not able to use some things function on the car. the person doing it seemed bothered trying to connect the service.. Was there for about an hour and a half I finally told the person I’m done. I’ll deal with it later. I was aggravated to spend that type of money for a vehicle and something that you cannot use for two weeks l because I called myself and they have to send it up to a tech service so therefore they said it would be about 10 days. What a disappointment I'm not happy about this. so hopefully it can get resolved, and if so, I guess I will have to figure out things on my own to program or to figure out how to use. It went so well that when my fiancé said she was thinking about getting a new car less than a week after I purchased mine I didn’t think twice—I called Milan right away. From start to finish, he was super helpful, honest, and even funny at times, which made the experience that much better. Even the finance guy was cool and easy to work with. And I thought it was pretty cool that a concierge walked me through all the car’s features before I pulled off the lot—great touch. First let me say how much I LOVE my Genesis GV80. I mean, I really love this car! We visited the showroom and worked with Milan. We appreciated the low-pressure sales conversations, his willingness I mean, I really love this car! We visited the showroom and worked with Milan.
