Service writer didn’t pay close attention to my son and wife about issue with vehicle issue! Ring around since purchase in Feb 2024. Salesman said he knew previous owners of my 23 Canyon and could get me mudflaps and bed cover if I get it. Paid half of deposit at purchase and rest Salesman said he knew previous owners of my 23 Canyon and could get me mudflaps and bed cover if I get it. Paid half of deposit at purchase and rest of deposit at pickup of vehicle. Vehicle did not come with accessories and keys were handed to me without 2nd half of deposit paid so accounting department hounded me like I was the one who didn’t hold my side of the promise? A lot of back and forth for me to just get a bed cover like they promised. Vehicle also did not have an oil change when purchased. Most recent service had to be rescheduled because online system let me schedule for Jan 1st when they are closed, then rescaled again in order for technology issues to be checked by the right technical staff just to have that service not taken care of even when I put such issues in the notes of the service. I am coming back twice in the same week to have what I originally wanted looked at taken care of. George Gee has been a subpar experience. More
