When the truck service was complete, I asked Derk if the truck was washed and I was told that I would have had to request this free service. I call xx!! They took my car apart and broke pieces of my drive shaft When I went to get my car the parts were thrown on the floor. And Tom my advisor BOLD FACE TOLD ME HE DO'NOT HAVE TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER.
