The service department at George Moore Chevrolet has been nothing short of frustrating. Instead of fixing issues, the techs are passive-aggressive and dismissive. On one visit they even wrote false information in my service ticket, claiming my truck had a tuner — completely untrue and something that could have jeopardized my warranty. When I confronted them, they backed off, but the fact they would write it at all is unacceptable. Communication is poor, accountability is nonexistent, and customers are treated like the problem. This dealership’s service department is a textbook example of why people don’t trust dealers. More
