We have been scouting for a used Toyota Rav4 until a friend ours, Don Lumsargis, texted to me the link to Nunnally Chevrolet ( need to send him a thank you gift card?). I called and talked to JEREMIAH a friend ours, Don Lumsargis, texted to me the link to Nunnally Chevrolet ( need to send him a thank you gift card?). I called and talked to JEREMIAH and set an appointment to check out the 2023 Rav4 XLE AWD, When we came, he talked to us immediately after he got done with another customer. He pulled up the 2023 Toyota Rav4 XLE AWD. We fell in love with it so started negotiating. He was very patient with us as he went thru all features of the car and stayed with us go thru the process. Then DON worked with us with the financing and paper works. PATRICK also came and gave us some discounts (nice guy!). We had a misunderstanding about new tire replacements but I think it was just about me. If I get another new tire replacement to pair with the other replacement, (and of course the Rav4), it would be the best birthday gift for me in 72 years. Shout out George Nunnally Team!!! More

The guys got me in and out for my cannon service really fast , I also gave them my cars shield account numbers on file so if I need a repair done we can use them. Worked with a salesman named MICHAEL BUTLER. Seemed very nice and understanding at first but as soon as I indicated that I was not ready to buy the car that same day, he told me I was wasting hi Seemed very nice and understanding at first but as soon as I indicated that I was not ready to buy the car that same day, he told me I was wasting his time and what am I doing there. I got up to shake his hand and he proceeded to squeeze very hard and pulled my hand in. I felt very physically threatened while management did absolutely nothing.
