I brought my 16 Honda crv for an electrical issue on 12/2. Carlos assured me I had a short in my wiring harness. I picked up car on 12/11 and problem wasn't fixed Carlos stated the problem was the remot 12/2. Carlos assured me I had a short in my wiring harness. I brought in my car for an oil change. 9 days later while drving 70+ miles an hour on the highway near Janesville, WI, the front bolts fell off the metal panel protecting the engine. Clearly, Gerald Honda failed to secure panel now hanging dangerously close to ground potentially putting my husband and i at risk of harm. We slowly drove home minimizing the wind to dragging the panel down and scrapping road. When i called to report, there was little concern about what happened. They fixed the issue but treated me like one more transaction and not a concerned customer. Never acknowledged what happened or showed any responsibility. So sorry they bought Continental Honda. There i was treated like customer who was important to them. Not here. More
