Jeanjewell11, I am sorry that you are still experiencing issues after your service. We had replaced the L/F Door harness and cleaned the engine harness. We tested the vehicle and everything was working as designed except for starting the vehicle. The remote start had a slight draw and it needed to be removed to start the vehicle properly. Do you know how ridiculous that sounds. Everything works properly now except the car wont start. I found a mechanic who knows how to work on cars. Problem was not remote start and car is starting perfectly every day. My 1 star review stands as written.

Why would i ever come back or recommend anyone. When you charged me 900 to not fix the problem. And continue to lie stating it was the remote start when that wasn't the issue. And not even offer me a partial refund for your incompetence.

KRV, I am sorry to hear that the splash shield fell down. We have a lot of customers that have experienced similar issues due to hitting a pot hole or a bump causing some of the clips to come out. That may be true but we did NOT hit a pothole or bump. I90 traveling south of Janesville is pristine. We were traveling 75 mph in a 70 mph zone when incident occurred. Should nevver had happened.
