I can understand your frustration. Without physically inspecting the issue, it probably would have been better to give you a range instead of the price that was given. I apologize for the mix-up. Since the repair has been completed, it is hard for me to do much but apologize. I can tell you it was never our intension to give you a high price to scare you away or to even overcharge you. We try to stay competitive in the market and shop prices to continue to do so. I hate to lose a customer due to an unfortunate misquote and would like to make this right somehow.
