I brought my car in to get battery for key fob replaced and windshield wipers replaced Continental Honda service department goes above and beyond!!! I brought my car in to get battery for key fob replaced and windshield wipers replaced as well. I pull in and my regular service rep, Joe, greats me. Immediately asks what I need. He guides me to where I need to go and my car is out of the shop in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend dealing with Continental Honda to anyone!! More

Respect to every person coming in! Not only did they leave me waiting for two hours (they DID NOT call me out), once they finally talked to me they told me there was no problem, however Not only did they leave me waiting for two hours (they DID NOT call me out), once they finally talked to me they told me there was no problem, however the warning light is still on. They then told me (after I waited for two hours) that I needed to make an appointment. They were very rude overall, and don’t even deserve one star. More
Long Time Loyal Customer Gouged by Service Center Completely disheartened and disappointed by Continental Honda, puts the last 6 years in context will never service or buy another car from Continenta Completely disheartened and disappointed by Continental Honda, puts the last 6 years in context will never service or buy another car from Continental Motor Groups again. My wife and I bought a brand new CR-V in 2013 from Continental Honda and initially we had a good sales experience and negotiated a fair price with Jimmy. We also rewarded Continental by religiously servicing our vehicle at their service center for the past 6 years even getting all the "recommended" extra service levels that is little more than someone looking at some vehicle component for about 2 seconds and charging about $150-$200 for said activity. However, our real issue with Continental is that last month I accidently broke the radio antenna backing out of our garage. My annoyance in myself turned into full shock and awe once I called Continental Honda to ask how much it would cost to have the antenna fixed. The service center that has known and worked with me for years and is always eager to have you "fill out our survey, give us 5 stars, google + review us, etc." told me that "It will cost $995". I knew the product price to replace the entire antenna was about $300 and normally they will add another $300 for labor, so I thought $500-$600 would be a normal price. I asked the service rep, "you must have read that wrong, how much?" I was told, "Sir, that's the price sorry to tell you". I hung up saying, "after 6 years this is how you treat a loyal customer by absolutely gouging them" I immediately called Honda of Downtown Chicago and few other Honda dealerships in the Chicagoland area to get quotes, all of them were under $600. I ended up going with Honda of Downtown Chicago (A place with much higher rent for a dealership than good ole Continental situated in the retail/industrial lower middle class suburb of Countryside") I was $565 out the door with an entirely new antenna, labor, and they even fixed up a couple of dings on the roof for free. Save yourself from Continental, they basically have such high ratings because they guilt their customers into providing "5 star reviews, good surveys, etc." but as I look back over 6 years I realize that's the only thing they really care about. Providing a fair price and fair solution to a customer would be too much trouble, when you can just feed them sand with a smile on your face and tell them its ice cream. More
My experience at Continental on 2/25/19 I was attended by Mr. Brian Donlan, he was courteous and very helpful.
