My 2019 Ford Expedition was delayed in changing gears and would lose acceleration. My husband called Gerald Jones Ford and explained the problem noted with my vehicle. Shannon Stacy, the assigned customer service representative, called and explained that the service technician noted the problem was the transmission. She explained the steps to be taken to determine if the transmission could be repaired or needed to be replaced. She procured a rental vehicle for me that was immaculate when I received it. Shannon Stacy called and texted with updates as she stated she would. I left my name badge for work in the console of my vehicle. When I went to the service department to check on retrieving it, Shannon Stacy walked me to the service floor and asked the technician to lower the vehicle for me to retrieve my name badge. He was glad to help. After replacing the transmission, the service technician did an inspection and emailed me items that needed attention. After I picked up my vehicle, the service manager personally called me to ask my satisfaction with the repair work. Gerald Jones Ford is an exemplar in customer service. Brought my Bronco for service (maintenance) and the service was fast and friendly, Marcus brought the vehicle right in and went over what they were going to service and showed me to the waiting room.
