Upon arriving at the dealer, I was greeted by the service tech. Who explained everything and all pricing. Very professional, offered me a ride home, which I accepted. The main problem is this is where phone calls go to die. Had to call four or five times just to get through. It for you to service and after about three tries it disconnects you and tells you they’ll call you back, which never happens. That’s the only reason you did not get a five star. I believe that the dealership is understaffed. As a lot of businesses are going through that. So I completely understand. But this is a review so those are my issues. My car was fixed, it was clean no complaints about that. More

Terrible customer service, sent me away with a rhick packet of instructions to dix issue myself? Reviewed and there was no way I could do it myself! Ridiculous. Shelly exceeded my expectations with respect to the two service recalls as well as providing a complimentary new part for my trunk even though my mileage is over 38,000 miles.
