We’d like to clarify that we initially attempted to resurface the brake rotors to help reduce costs, but our technician determined they were too worn to be safely resurfaced and required replacement. This recommendation and the associated cost were communicated and approved before any work was completed, as we never perform services without prior authorization. Loaner vehicles can often be arranged when requested at the time of scheduling, and we also offer a complimentary local shuttle service for our guests.
