Staff was fine. Told they’d only have my truck for a day, two tops and then after a week when I pick it up it’s obvious nobody aligned it. Salesman were wonderful! So was finance. However, they were not able to detail my tuck before I left, which was fine. My truck needed a sensor which was on back order. When t So was finance. However, they were not able to detail my tuck before I left, which was fine. My truck needed a sensor which was on back order. When the sensor came in, I dropped my truck off on a Sunday so the sensor could be installed and my truck get detailed the following day. When I picked it up Monday, my tuck did not get detailed. I called and told them and asked when I let them know, they asked when I could bring it back, I told them it's over an hour to return so I haven't taken it back yet More
The service department manager was great. He was running the phones and shop mostly by himself.
