I brought my jeep in for warranty service as it was making a noise coming from the suspension. Upon bringing it a separate issue was diagnosed that would not be covered under warranty. They fixed that after over week of having my jeep and when it’s time to pick it up tell me it’s making noise from the suspension(the original issue) I brought it in for that was ignored so they could make a quick buck. They then tell me they need to figure out what the issue is which takes another two days only to tell me the parts needed to fix it are on back order. I pick the jeep up and 3 weeks later am told the parts came in and schedule an appointment. My service advisor tells me the job should take only 3 hours and I’ll have the jeep back the same day. I bring it in when they open at 8am for my appointment. At 4:30pm I have to contact my advisor(ray) who never reached out to me regarding my vehicle. He tells me , the shop foreman is still working on it. He needs till tomorrow morning, I’ll call you when I have an update. Again the morning comes and goes, no call. I call him at 1 pm and no answer. He texts me an hour later and says they’re still not done with it and need a couple more hours (at 2:30 pm) . I message back and tell him that it was supposed to be a few hours and is now there two days and that I’ll be there this afternoon to get it. He messaged me back at 430 pm saying it was done. I immediately travel to the dealer and go to pick up the vehicle. I get there and am told everything was fixed . I pay my deductible, go out to the jeep and go to back it out of the spot and the creaking noise is still present. I immediately go back into the service area where , my advisor ray has his desk and he’s gone . I go to the front reception desk and tell the lady the situation and she proceeds to call ray on his cell phone. I see him standing at the back of the dealership answer his phone and tell the receptionist he’s already on his way home on 41 when I can clearly see him standing in the dealer. I than leave a message with the receptionist to leave a note for ray as well as with the service manager , Ricky to call me on Monday 6/26/23. Ray never calls. Ricky calls 5 mins before he’s leaving and leaves a voicemail. I proceed to call him back on 6/27, and get his voicemail. I leave a message telling him that I’ve had a bad experience with the service department and ask that he please call me back to discuss it directly. I did not receive a call back. The next day 6/28 I again call only to get his voicemail. At this point I advise him I had called once before the day earlier and had not received a call back . I than say on the voicemail my next call will be to Chrysler corporation to report the dealer if I do not receive his call back. He never called back. That is why I will never again go to this dealer and will be reporting it to Chrysler. More
