We went to the Dealership to do an oil change to our Corolla Cross 2022, and while we were waiting for the car to be ready, Mr. Xavier Pesantes Sr. approached us to see if there was anything he could as Corolla Cross 2022, and while we were waiting for the car to be ready, Mr. Xavier Pesantes Sr. approached us to see if there was anything he could assist us with. He noticed we were looking at some SUVs and he went and got the keys, and went with us for a ride, and he was very pleasant! It really did not feel like he was trying to sell us a car, it was more of an experience, and when we decided we actually wanted to change our car, he worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had everything we needed, and took really good care of us! I have a 2015 Tundra. I've always had it serviced at the dealership. This time I tried to get a simple oil change at one of the many "15 minute" places. After checking, the 'quickie' place would cost about $40 more than Gettel. I contacted service advisor Amber Smith, who was so cheerful and enthusiastic, I couldn't help but enjoy my visit. !0 stars for Amber, 5 star service, 4 star dealer (well it is a dealer.) There's no reason to go anywhere else. I'll be back. Since you asked, my one gripe in the system is getting your car back after service. I pay my bill, and then the wait begins. Evidently, after I pay, they wait for a runner to get my keys and bring the vehicle around from a secret lot. I get it, no pay/no keys. But just give me the keys and point to it. I'd say the average wait after paying is 20 minutes. More

My experience with the salesman Jesus was very disappointing. He was unprofessional and refused to honor the agreed-upon out-the-door price unless we financed through the dealership. When we said we wanted to use our own pre-approved financing, he said the price would increase by $2,000. Even though we were still willing to buy the car without the college rebate or their financing, he wouldn’t let us use our own loan. Jesus could have informed us before I he ran our credit * that if we didn't use their financing we would have pay more for the car.* His demeanor and body language were dismissive and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I was willing to negotiate. Thankfully, we went to Courtesy Toyota of Brandon, where the process was simple, transparent, and professional from start to finish. They honored our pre-approved financing and made the car-buying experience easy and stress-free More

Two weeks after I purchased my vehicle, I have not received ANY paperwork I signed from this dealership. I called the salesman and all I received is excuses.
