He was our main sales rep and absolutely earned our trust from the start. Big shoutout to Larry, Justin, Eric, and Ted — these guys operated flawlessly as a unit to make me a deal I couldn’t refuse. WORST Dealership you could go to. Damaged my Engine in my 2012 Cadillac SRX and then tool NO RESPONSIBILITY. Just to have a key made for the vehicle. They never said they were going to need to start the vehicle but did anyway and knew we just purchased it from an auction and did not have any information on it. The tech that was programming the key knew that we only wanted to get the E-Break released and needed a programmed key- that is all we asked and agreed to. The tech finished programming the key which took forever and then started the vehicle - got out and looked at the engine - I heard it sounded very bad - not a mechanic here and told him that he should turn it off. The tech just stood there and was looking at it. I asked my roommate who is a mechanic and he said to demand him to turn it off. By this time about a minute has gone by and I finally got the tech to turn it off but prior to him the ROD blew through the engine. No my understanding is if you take your vehicle to a dealership to have them work on it as soon as they take possession of the vehicle and start working on it what they do to it is their responsibility I have spend over a year and a half trying to get them to fix this and they continuously refuse to take responsibility not only that the OWNER of the dealership refuses to return any of my calls or emails. WOULD YOU ever take your vehicle or purchase a vehicle from a dealership that does not care for your vehicle and thinks they are not responsible for any possible damages they do to it? DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNTIL THEY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY - I have text and messages from the Manager at the dealership who said she would let her management team know and have someone contact me. NO ONE HAS ... I even reported this to the local news and heard nothing.. SO REVIEWS IT IS. More
