Five years of awesome service and now a fantastic buying experience! Moved to Albertville five years ago and the service team at G&B have always taken wonderful care of both my 2007 Expedition (mom-mobile experience! Seth and Ricky can always be counted on to be there with a smile and honest explanations no matter the time of day – thanx guys! When it came time this week to finally move forward with a smaller vehicle for just me, everyone at the dealership made the difficult transition (seventeen years is a long time!!) a smooth and, believe it or not, exciting experience. My sales consultant, Bill Hough, was quite patient and understanding throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend him enough: no pressure and greatly attuned to what I was looking for, not what he wanted me to be looking for. 😊 I look forward to continuing my relationship with the G&B team with my lil’ 2020 Ecosport – thank you Randy and the whole Albertville Ford family!! I recently negotiated an out the door price for the purchase of a 2023 Ford F150 with this dealership. However, once driving to make the purchase, I was told that the deal was for a Sierra 1500. The sa purchase of a 2023 Ford F150 with this dealership. However, once driving to make the purchase, I was told that the deal was for a Sierra 1500. The salesman Thomas said he made a mistake during negotiations and then got loud and argumentative with me when I asked to speak with a manager. After being forced to call back myself, I was finally able to get the owner to hear me out who protected Thomas and said he just made a mistake, but he would talk with him about his attitude. He never offered to honor the negotiated price of the F150 and showed no remorse that I was lied to by one of his salesmen for over a week of negotiations. This was a true bait and switch tactic by this dealership and I hope a lawyer reads this review so maybe this dealership can be forced to stop these practices. Bottom Line - The Salesman Thomas Lied to me and then berated me. - The Owner defended him and showed this dealership has no honor in what they say. Very Untrustworthy Dealership! More
We travel over an hour to buy our truck. David Wilbourn (salesman) is wonderful helping us the process of buying the vehicle we needed. The Southern Hospitality really shows and shines at Gilbert & Baugh. I was searching nationwide for the Ford King Ranch model and will certainly reach out to Randy Baugh first when it is time for another vehicle! As a Yankee from Illinois, you can get BAD service anywhere! Not at this dealer! This team is top notch and truely deserves an extra star. More
The Gilbert Baugh Dealership was great to work with, they went the extra mile to get us the Expedition we wanted. We had three specific requirements we want in our new Expedition. The Manager and sales depa went the extra mile to get us the Expedition we wanted. We had three specific requirements we want in our new Expedition. We were very happy with the entire process and really love the new Expedition!!! More

If you want to spend more than you need to and not be heard or seen, this is the place for you. Worst experience ever at a dealership. More
