Sales person was nice, unfortunately didn’t know much about the vehicle, but it was a used vehicle from a different brand, so it was expected. I asked for a list of services done to the vehicle that the about the vehicle, but it was a used vehicle from a different brand, so it was expected. I asked for a list of services done to the vehicle that the dealership did after acquiring the truck, but was never provided one. Parent dealership(Gilchrist Tacoma) told my sales person that certain work was done to the vehicle, but that ended up being false as I had to replace brake pads since they were making noise and found to be halfway worn down. Also claimed to have put new tires on vehicle, but that seems unlikely since all four tires have rub/scrub wear on the inside sidewalls from the front suspension that was out on by previous owner. Highly unlikey that multiple tire rotations would have been completed while dealership had vehicle for sale. Be sure to do your due diligence when buying a used vehicle from them, definitely overpaid for this vehicle and got scammed on my trade in value due to the false claims! More
