I have bought many vehicles from the dealership over the years and this week has been the worst experience I have ever had not with the sales team or anyone like that but with the service department as my v years and this week has been the worst experience I have ever had not with the sales team or anyone like that but with the service department as my vehicle has been in this dealership four times for the same issue And I get told by the service department that the reason why I was locked out of my vehicle with a dead battery was because I don’t drive the vehicle enough, which is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. I have many friends who are mechanics and I asked several of them have they ever heard this and they just rolled their eyes at me hopefully the owner of the dealership reads us and reaches out to me about poor customer service because I will be following up Monday morning with Ford credit More
