I had to have my oil changed in my vehicle. The appointment was scheduled and the oil was changed in an efficient and timely manner. They did what they promised at an excellent price. I've made an scheduled appointment for issues im having with my vehicle. My vehicle has been there for 3weeks, in service dept. They haven't fixed anything! I was told one issue is fixed my Trunk🤔Again m with my vehicle. My vehicle has been there for 3weeks, in service dept. They haven't fixed anything! I was told one issue is fixed my Trunk🤔Again my trunk keeps popping up when existing the vehicle, still the same issues as I was having I'm still having!. I called back to complain I was told, I don't know what to tell you Ms. Hudson just bring it back in 2 weeks we'll check it out AGAIN! They have machines to check all components, what the dickens is really the issue.🤔 I'm very dissatisfied as a customer with the SERVICE DEPT. More

In Kansas my truck was born and raised. When it goes to Gillespie the truths always hazed. My truck went in and Dan said chill. We will lie about how we can't do the recalls still. Then a couple of guys I thought were cool. Decided not to fix and act like a tool. I thought there's something not right and got quite scared, I realised Gillespie really aren't prepared. I might as well use a cab because my truck is jeer, Onto better service with Gillespie in the mirror, They will sell you a truck but not do the recall work, granted it's not their recall but don't tell me you will make my truck safe and do the recalls and not do them. AVOID AVOID AVOID ***update*** Anthony called last night saying he called me twice, clearly you didn't, my phone never rang or message left. Just go elsewhere it's less hassle!! Loyalty goes a long way normally, not here. Shop elsewhere, service elsewhere it's just easier. I also left a message for the service director Richard Goodson, as many others have reported I didn't receive a call back. I have had many clusters here, all of them with the service department. I have owned over 35 vehicles and not in my life have I felt with a service department like this. I booked my car in with the Gillespie service Center (Dan) a week prior for 3 recalls and an oil change. It was dropped off the night prior so they could get started as requested. At 3:57 pm according to ford pass my car moved. Dan called me at 4pm to tell me they were still stuck on the car, well not surprised you can't do a lot in 3 minutes. They kept the car another 24 hours we eventually got it back but only 2 of the recalls done. We were told they would have parts in a week, a month later I am still waiting after I have called numerous times but they never call you. I asked to speak to the service manager, I'm still waiting. The recall is still outstanding, I have no confidence in this circus and entrusting my family will be safe after they work on the vehicle. If you like been lied to and treated poorly after buying 6 vehicles off the dealership in 3years go right ahead. If you want reasonable service go somewhere else. Anthony called me on Friday and asked me not to review Gillespie or send my complaint to ford corporate on a personal guarantee that he would collect our ford today and get it serviced and detailed and the dangerous recall done. Well surprise surprise nobody showed up to collect the vehicle. Just go elsewhere........ it's simply not worth the hassle with this service department. This is not a lack of care due to COVID. This has happened before with them actually multiple times. More
