Sales tactics are sneaky. I decided to purchase my car at another dealer. In the Service area, I just found out that the rear differential service I did and paid for with the I decided to purchase my car at another dealer. I almost lost the rear differential due to such mishap. I will refrain from using their services again. My service ADV was Charles Nguyen and I will never allow him to help me again.I bought my car in for a tail light problem, When I picked it up I had to ask for the safety inspection. I knew I wanted to get some other services work done. The list I was given looked rushed. My car was given back to me with low tire pressure light on. I asked why was the light on and no air put in the tire and check. Charles said rudely thats how my car came in. I told him no the light wasnt on when I brought it in. At that point I said Thank you and left. I call back to get the service managers name and that I wanted to speak with him. Charles answered the phone and said no service managers were there till 7 in the morning. Then he hung up the phone. I waited the get the service survey that comes after the service and never got one. I called back the next day and it seems that no service manager was availible. So Im leaving this review so that someone will see how I was treated. This will end 10 years of me getting my honda serviced at Gillmans. I would still like to speak with the service manager More
I had a terrible terrible experience with this dealer while I took my car to service. They did a very expensive repair, but it did not last more than week. Now they are not willing to take responsibility while I took my car to service. They did a very expensive repair, but it did not last more than week. Now they are not willing to take responsibility of their mis-diagnostics and un necessary works. The service workers either do not know what they are doing or do sloppy works. While raising the concern to managements, they are little to no helps. Taking this to BBB and others where I found numerous complaints against this dealership. I wish I did some research about this service center before I go at a first end. More
Second time I’ve come here for an express oil change and it’s anything but express. You WILL wait 2 hours minimum no matter how many cars are there. The service counter makes you feel like you are disturbin it’s anything but express. You WILL wait 2 hours minimum no matter how many cars are there. I paid to have this service for my Honda, but I’m starting to regret it. What happened to those friendly guys greeting you at the front entrance when they think you’re buying a car? My Honda Pilot 2016 AC was not cooling. Took to Gillman Honda Houston. After a day, the service consultant Carlos Pineta called me and said Compressor and Condenser need to be changed and i Took to Gillman Honda Houston. After a day, the service consultant Carlos Pineta called me and said Compressor and Condenser need to be changed and it would cost $3400. When I told him I will fix my AC in another shop as you are expensive, he ask me to pay $2700 and then when I told no, he changed to $2250. After 5 days, they "fixed" my AC. Drove 1 day and noticed that AC is not cooling again. Took back to the Gillman. Afer 2 days, he told me AC hose is leaking, and he asked for $1000 to fix, and this is not covered by previous service warranty. In total, my car was in the shop sitting for 10 days with 2 AC repairs costing me about $3000. More
I bought my car in Gillman Honda, Sam Houston Parkway five years ago . I took my car for oil change two months ago and told the guy who worked with me to check everything in the car. They didn’t check anything in my car except the oil change. After two hours, I was told my car was ready. Initially the lady who gave me the bill said everything looks good including the battery. After I asked them specifically about my tires and brake, a guy went to check and said my two front tires need to be replaced or otherwise it will burst any minute. I waited for another two hours to change the tires. I’m not sure about what they did for the brake. It is still the same. Now my car didn’t start because of the battery issue. This place doesn’t deserve even a single star. I gave one star in order to get to the writing section. I will never ever go to this place again. Very very very poor service. More
They have the worst customer services ever. I deal with this service consultant lady name Vickie Pscion. She is not helpful at all. First time we went there due to our navigation system randomly keeps swit this service consultant lady name Vickie Pscion. She is not helpful at all. First time we went there due to our navigation system randomly keeps switching off during driving. She told us she will contact us when the car would be ready. We dropped it off at 7:40 a.m on Thursday and there was not a lot of customers yet. All day long she didn't call. We had to call 3 times. We made sure she had our phone number and emails which she did. Even she said they need to order new parts. She said she will call within 2-3 weeks when the parts arrive. She didn't call again. After 6 weeks later we called, she said she was meant to call to let us know about the new parts she has received. So we went there again early in the morning that weekend. Again she didn't call all day until we had to call her 4 different times, She finally called us back at 4 p.m and said she didn't have the part yet. All she said was sorry. We have wasted all day for nothing. There was no communication, gave us the wrong information about the parts, all those service consultants looks grumpy and miserable being there. Never going back there. More

They replaced the fuel pump and updated the software which deleted the history of the emissions (2019 car - 2 years old). We were not told it failed (issue 2) and left for a week. When we tried to do our registration, it said we had not inspection done. We called this morning and your team told us to come down, but didn’t tell us that we needed to have driven unknown miles or that I could check if the systems were ready at home, per the article you sent me from the manual (issue 3). I spent 3 hours this morning at your location and you could not get a 2 year old car under warranty to pass inspection (issue 4). I have spent hours of my time dealing with this and have been met with mostly excuses and empty apologies. I am left unsatisfied and no longer wish to continue a relationship with this dealership.
