First, I want to start out and say that the Service Advisor Brian Meneses was really trying to provide good customer service. We brought the vehicle home end of December and notice that the vehicle was not working/ functioning. So had to take back to the Service dept. At that time, they finally produced a diagnostic and found several major problems with the vehicle and an additional astronomical additional bill. We have been taking our Chrysler 300 to Gilroy Chrysler,Jeep, Dodge Ram for 20 years and have NEVER experienced this type of service. Also they didn’t offer us a loaner car during this process. I would not refer their dealership/service dept to anyone at this point. Total invoice for the two invoices was…$7000+. More

I brought my Durango in for a few service items one being that we thought it was burning oil. They insisted that the oil pan needed to be replaced although no oil was leaking into my driveway. In the process that we thought it was burning oil. They insisted that the oil pan needed to be replaced although no oil was leaking into my driveway. In the process they installed it incorrectly and when I brought it home from the dealership it leaked oil all over my driveway. After a month at the shop and then being told the main seal was leaking we finally got it back. My son drove it and smoke started coming out and the check engine light came on. Pulled over and car would not go into drive. Had to have it towed home. Come to find out that when they re-installed the transmission from replacing the main seal they routed the transmission fluid line incorrectly and fluid was leaking out. The only good thing I will say is that the service advisors were helpful and kept us informed. More
