Customer service is horrible and purchasing a warranty and not being able to use it when you need it is crazy in this economy. Only to collect money and not service customers. I went in with a problem with my Jeep. The engine light was on and my start/ready light. I sat there for 4 hours. They told me to I needed to replace my engine because my cylinder was back The engine light was on and my start/ready light. I sat there for 4 hours. They told me to I needed to replace my engine because my cylinder was backfiring and it didn’t pass the leak test. They said it will cost $8000. I felt like they were trying to get money out of me. I got a second opinion. That second opinion said my car was fine and it passed the leak test at 100% and they fixed the problem. More
