Took my 2013 sl altima in for its 7500 mile service with a small list of concerns. Rich Girard was very attentive and positve to my concerns . So far this has been my forth visit to the dealership and I must says all has been positve in the way they have listen to me and met my concerns. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. My wife and I stopped buy about three months ago with a small problem, Rich offered to have someone look at it that afternoon and offered my wife and I a ride home so that we would not have to wait around which I thought was just great. This is dealership that I would not have any problem recommending to any of my family or friends from their sales staff to their service department . So far its been 5 stars for me. More
I Went in for my scheduled maintenance and had my car worked on and was out in an hour, They vacuumed my car and washed it and made it look really sharp. All the people I have worked with in purchasing my Nissan Rogue and having it maintained since I purchased it in June-2012 has all been positive and a real nice experience. I called service to explain an issue I was having with my vehicle, spoke to Peter he was very friendly and made time for me to come in right away. When I arrived he was avilable to speak to me right away and vehicle, spoke to Peter he was very friendly and made time for me to come in right away. When I arrived he was avilable to speak to me right away and took me over to parts, waited with me to verify they had the parts my vehicle may need. He was then able to schedule an appt for me around my work schedule. I arrived the day of appt to drop my car off. Peter was there waiting and since their shuddle wasnt there he took the time to drop me off at my job and then pick me up when my car was finshed. I will definitly be back at this dealership for future service! My car is running great and Peter has even followed up with me via phone to confirm I havent had any issues. I will def recommend friends an family to this dealership for service! More
This visit was over all a great visit. I had to wait for my car to get an oil change and tire rotation. Richard was very friendly and understanding of my needs and explained everything that was going to be my car to get an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't have the opportunity to meet or thank the mechanics who actually did the work. However, I was a bit unhappy with the over $200 charge for service! The car was due for an oil change but had less than 11,000 miles. I understand that there is a tremendous overhead in running a dealership. Certainly being in business is no picnic with all the regulations, taxes and government speed bumps the government puts in the way. The cost of these bureaucratic obstacles conjured up by idiots who never ran a business or had to meet a payroll have to be passed on to customers. I was very impressed by the sparkling appearance of the car when it was returned. I wish the road conditions had been better and not still wet and sloppy in places. I don't know what was used to clean the alloy wheels, but they looked like new! Please express my appreciation to the detailers who did such a great job! This is the third Altima my wife leased from your agency. They have all been reliable and trouble free, but the overall cost per mile is very high considering they are only driven about 5,000 miles a year. There is no reward for turning them in with such low mileage. It is her decision, but I would be hesitant to get involved in another lease deal. More
