when I called in Richard was very polite and friendly and when I arrived I was not sure where to go or park my car and a nice salesman assisted me, he walked me over to the correct area. The people there were very nice to deal with, both on the phone and in person. The work done (new transmission) seems to be very good so far. I was told the service would take about an hour to an hour and ten minutes and the service was done in that time frame so I was very happy with that. Well I arrived earleier that my appointment, and Kevin took me right in, within 30 minutes my oil change was done, and very courteous he walked around to find me,which is a plus. Kevin explained my overall condition of the repairs, which was thorough, I stated I need to see someone in body shop for a warranty coverage of some paint problems. Kevin walked me over too body shop and introduced me to Dan, who was very cooperative, smiling and greeted me very nice, he was overall very concerned with my rpoblem, and immediatley consulted his manager Peter, who stated to me he would give me ample time to get the car back to them for paint work. I am very happy at this point Girard Nissan has went the extra mile to help me. More
Later in the day, after taking my car in for this service, I was talking to my finance and telling about Kevin and what a wonderful job he did taking care of me. I was only scheduled for an oil chan service, I was talking to my finance and telling about Kevin and what a wonderful job he did taking care of me. I was only scheduled for an oil change and had asked that a noise be checked out also. It ended up that I need a few things done and the time needed to do it would be later than I could get a ride back to pick up my car. Kevin offered to come and get me so that I did not have to reschedule, which he did. He picked me up at the end of the day. My car was all washed and ready to go! Kevin is a very knowledgeable and has a very good way that he communicates with customers that always makes them feel good! I have been coming to Girard Nissan for over 20 years now and have not had my cars serviced any where else. Richard has always taken good care of me throughout all of these years too. I may pay a little more for the service and parts but I come because I trust the work that is done there by all of the staff. Thank you very much. More
At time of write up, I was given a prive for the oil change. I informed him I had a lifetime oil change program. Associate informed me that they discontinued the program. It would have been nice if someone informed me of this decision. I have been getting my vehicle serviced for 15 years now and now they decide to cancel program and not informing concumer. That is just a bad business practice and bad customer service. More
I have been going to Girard Nissan for 10 years - first for my old Altima and then for my 2010 Sentra.
