I had recently visited Girard Nissan Service Department for regular service of my 2007 Nissan Altima. They are very friendly and helpful people. They are answered all my queries, and, within an hour I drov for regular service of my 2007 Nissan Altima. They are very friendly and helpful people. My car is 6 months old 6,500 miles. Starting from the last month I hear a vibration under the hood like a metal part is loose. I wanted this to be checked for the safety of my car and a long life (Purcha last month I hear a vibration under the hood like a metal part is loose. I wanted this to be checked for the safety of my car and a long life (Purchasing price 30,500 dollars). That is why I called Bob last week for an appointment. He was nice with me and told me to bring the car for a checkup on Saturday which is my day off. I asked him if I needed to call the service department to be aware of this appointment, but Bob said "you don't have to, just bring the car at 8:00 am". I did so, but Richard said that he got no idea of this appointment but he will try to have his guys take a look and drive the car. I told him that is better that I drive the car with the guy myself to show him the noise (vibration), but Richard didn't agree with this. I left the car for inspection and got another vehicle from Girard. After two hours Richard called me to tell me that his guy drove the car EVERYWERE even on the highway, but he didn't hear any noise or vibration. He told me to take the car home and come back on the next week to drive the car with his people and show them the problem. I went back and switched cars loosing all my day off for nothing. It was better for me if Richard was honest with me that morning to tell me that he got no qualified people and to bring the car other day, so I didn't have to sacrifice my day off. When I came in to drop off my banged up truck, everyone was super friendly,courteous and understanding. His knowledge, experience, and integrity have been outstanding! He listens to my issues, and recommends the work which needs attention, without being aggressive, or pushy. He has even recommended delaying certain repairs which weren't critical, until my budget allowed. I can't give any better endorsement than saying he treats me as if I were his best friend. More
