FRAUDULENT Dealership and truly disgusting treatment. I drove round trip two hours to this dealership based on a vehicle advertised online, specifically because I really wanted a black one, even thoug I drove round trip two hours to this dealership based on a vehicle advertised online, specifically because I really wanted a black one, even though the price was significantly above market value. I specifically multiple times asked if the vehicle had been in any accidents and was assured multiple times that it had not and had a clean CarFax. This was completely fraudulent, as the vehicle clearly has damage from an accident—a crunched bumper near the headlight, moisture in the headlight, and a broken guard as well as damaged plastic behind the bumper (found by a different body shop due to the vehicle having a loud rattling noise when driving over small speed bumps)—which they deliberately concealed when sending me a video the day before I came in and leaving out the only part of the vehicle where the accident damage occurred and also by parking it strategically during my visit so I did not catch the damaged bumper in the dark. The financing process was also manipulative, with the finance manager repeatedly trying to add unwanted warranties before signing, and then coercing me into a “mandatory” warranty I did not want and asked multiple times to have removed from my loan. When I attempted to unwind the deal, the general manager refused to acknowledge me after sending multiple emails to him and engaged in intimidating behavior from his truck after refusing to speak with me when I arrived at the dealership to confront them, leaving me with a car I feel unsafe in and a loan I am deeply upside down in. This is now forcing me to have to take legal action towards them with the attorney general and DMV for deceptive sales practices. The whole experience has been truly deplorable and I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. More
I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Gladstone Mitsubishi and this was by far my best experience buying a vehicle. Kelsey the finance manager was amazing, and I am so grateful for all the hard work she put in getting me out of my old high interest vehicle loan which I had a lot of negative equity in and getting me in a newer, nicer truck while also getting my interest rate down to well under half of what it was. I highly recommend this dealership, they are great to work with and I had such an excellent experience. More

Purchased vehicle in May, and I could never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. I was provided with the absolutely worse customer service I have ever received. When originally set appointment, they questioned if I would actually come in, understandable. After multiple confirmations, I showed up with full intention of purchasing the vehicle. I did in fact purchase vehicle, though the process was easy at that time, as I had all documents and was fully prepared on my end and I was able to leave with the vehicle same day. After leaving is when EVERYTHING went downhill. I saw that they missed a signature on their end. They did make that right, though when I needed additional documents signed and provided, I was fully ignored. I tried reaching out for weeks and never got a return call, text, nor email. Getting my plates took over a week AFTER my original temporary expired to get my paperwork sent through on their end in order to get plates. I was responsible to pay for three additional trip permits in order to keep my vehicle legal. They multiple times told me that it was on my end to keep purchasing trip permits multiple times (state of washing on allows for 3-3-day permits), even though they were the ones that didn't file paperwork until after multiple trips permits expired. I also requested a document to provide to the car manufacture for car features to work. It was at this point I was FULLY ignored. I called, texted, and emailed and never received anything in return. Because of this, 4 months later I have yet to get anything with reaching out weekly, and often times more often than that. I cannot recommend anyone to ever do business with this dealership. Never mind everything that I have spoken about so far in this review, it does gets worse. I was able to see that other signatures were missing and that the dealership wouldn’t have been able to legally transfer and license the vehicle in my name. I have been trying to get copies of the paperwork submitted to figure out HOW they were able to process the paperwork, LEGALLY. More

We really appreciated the no pressure and it didn’t take long. We really liked the way we were treated and left with an amazing vehicle and no buyers regret! More
