My family has had a long time relationship with this dealership and they are good people. The service was excellent and Derry was very accommodating. Not knowing for sure, I would simply say that such a system would negatively impact my relationship with an advisor. It’s hard to trust someone trying to upsell you and is definitely an ethical gray area. More

The worst experience with a service center EVER. My vehicle was towed in on Friday. I called and let them know it was getting towed in around 9am. I called back around 4pm to see what was the diagnosis. They did not know what I was talking about. Derry told me he would call me back about 10 minutes to look for it. 20 minutes later he called and said they found it. They would get to it in the morning. They called me back around 1p on Saturday and said they started it 5 time and found nothing wrong with it. We were in Kendallville for a funeral which we told them. We also told them it was a gray 2022 Palisade with TN license plates that wouldn’t start. We did not have time to pick it up on Saturday because of my grandmothers funeral. I would just stay another day to pick it up Monday morning because they are closed on Sundays. I called Monday around 930 to make sure it was okay to pick up. I again spoke with Derry and went through the details of the vehicle. He questioned me on the details of the vehicle only to find out that it was not my vehicle they were looking at. It was a 2025 silver palisade with MI license plates. Again I played the waiting game for them to actually find my vehicle. They let me know it was the battery that needed to be replaced and that I had an oil leak. Let me add that I had to do all the calling otherwise it would STILL be sitting there. After of that I did not receive a discount but I did get a sorry excuse for an apology. More
